Materials:
- Fabric (Outer Fabric, Tab): 20cm × 20cm
- Fabric (Lining Fabric (plain sheeting)): 15cm x 18cm
- Zipper: 12cm x one piece
- Bag Charm of Your Choice
Size:8cm (l) 13cm (w)
Instructions
1.
With the front sides facing each other, put together the outer fabric and zipper, and fold zipper ends to the lining side. Baste with 0.5cm seam.
2.
With the front sides facing each other, sew together the piece from ① and lining fabric with 1cm seam.
3.
One side of the zipper is attached.
4.
Repeat the same process for the other side of the zipper. Pull up the zipper foot and adjust the zipper slider as you sew.
5.
Make the tab. Fold in half, open, and fold both sides toward the crease. Fold again using the first crease.
6.
Apply edge stitches (2mm from the edge).
7.
Baste the tab to the body.
8.
With the front sides facing each other, sew together the outer fabrics and lining fabrics respectively, leaving an opening for turning on the lining fabric side (1cm seam).
9.
Turn it inside out, and closer the opening for turning.
10.
Align the shape. Attach the bag charm chain to finish!
