We interviewed Yui about her creation:
Kokka Fabric (KF): What did you think of the fabric you used for this project?
I thought a large print with distinct colors would be perfect for interior makeover items. It can go well with both western and Japanese style rooms.

KF: Can you tell us any special elements or ideas that you incorporated into this creation?
The size is a common 45cm pillow and the zipper is hidden so that it would not directly rub against your skin.

KF: What are some tips for making this pillow?
To apply the zipper cleanly, baste it first.

KF: How should we use this pillow in everyday situations?
Why not refresh the pillow cases for the New Year as throw pillows provide wonderful ways for a quick room makeover.

KF: Thank you very much, Yui Here are sewing instructions along with step by step photos from her. Enjoy crafting!
