Wrap and Tie Skirt – Free Sewing Tutorial

When layered in front, the ribbon will be on the left (top photo); when layered in back, the ribbon will be on the right (bottom photo).

This wrap skirt is made by piecing together two front panels and one back panel. Since it is tied at the waist, you can adjust the fit freely, tighten it or loosen it as desired. The appeal is that it fits a variety of body types. The fabric used for this skirt is KESHIKI’s new pattern “Station City,” created by textile designer Yumi Yoshimoto. Its stylish pattern features a textured feel across the entire surface in a blend of many colors.
